Barret is a visionary executive with 20+ years of success scaling businesses, leading strategic transformations, and driving exceptional investor returns across transportation, industrial services, and capital markets.

His experience spans early-stage private equity investing, advising Fortune 500 companies on M&A and corporate finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, to founding and scaling a leading niche focused logistics company.

Barret resides in Sewickley, PA with his wife Mollie and three daughters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
